This project reinterpreted the suburban cottage; creating a timeless, elegant design that respects the existing context of the street while adding a new contemporary layer to the neighbourhood.

The design takes advantage of the site’s orientation to create flexible living spaces, privacy, sunlight and airflow.

The build features incredible attention to detail with custom joinery and unique features, smart storage and home automation.
